Alfreton History is an emerging local history project which aims to create a living, online historical resource and archive regarding all aspects of Alfreton's history.


We are currently looking for people interested in local history issues to join us as researchers, photographers, interviewers, online editors, authors and publishers too.

The work we engage in is to promote Alfreton's local history issues through this web portal and make information, facts, records and information available in multimedia form to the general public.
